Disclaimer

Not a licensed insurance producer

Bedrocka Tools LLC is not a licensed insurance producer, broker, or agent in any state, and nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell, solicit, or bind insurance coverage. Coverage decisions should be finalized with a licensed insurance agent in your state.

The information and tools on this website are for general educational purposes only and do not constitute insurance, financial, legal, or tax advice. Consult a licensed professional for decisions specific to your situation.

No client relationship

Using this site, reading our content, or emailing yourself a calculation result does not create an insurance agent-client, advisor-client, attorney-client, accountant-client, or fiduciary relationship between you and Bedrocka Tools LLC or any of its contributors. We are not your advisor until and unless you sign a written engagement letter with Bedrocka Consulting LLC or another Bedrocka Ventures entity.

Calculator outputs are estimates

Every calculator on this site produces an estimate based on the inputs you provide and the formulas we have coded. Real-world coverage needs and costs may differ because of factors we do not capture: your specific carrier's underwriting criteria and policy forms, state regulatory overlays that vary by jurisdiction, regulatory changes that post-date our last review, and facts about your household, property, or business that are not reflected in the inputs. Use calculator results to get a defensible ballpark and to structure your conversations with a licensed insurance agent — not to make final coverage decisions by themselves.

Use at your own risk

You assume full responsibility for any decision you make based on information from this site. We disclaim liability for outcomes that depend on factors outside our control — which, for insurance and coverage decisions, is almost all of them.

Not affiliated with regulatory or government entities

Bedrocka Tools and Insurance Coverage Hub are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) or its National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Fannie Mae, or any other regulatory or government entity. Where we cite their publications or standards — including ISO policy forms, IRC §101, NAIC model regulations, FEMA NFIP guidelines, or Fannie Mae §B7-3 — it is as a primary source of public information, nothing more.

Coverage-specific caveats

  • Life insurance coverage calculators (term life coverage need, income-replacement estimates) produce estimates only. Actual premiums, underwriting decisions, and benefit amounts are set by the carrier and depend on your medical history, lifestyle, and state of residence. IRC §101 exclusions and LIMRA industry data are cited for context, not as guarantees of your outcome.
  • Property and casualty calculators (homeowners coverage gap, renters insurance cost) depend on inputs — dwelling value, contents inventory, location — that your licensed agent and carrier will verify independently. Replacement-cost estimates may not reflect current labor and materials costs in your market.
  • Flood and specialty coverage estimates reference FEMA NFIP rate tables and ISO policy-form structures as starting points. Actual flood zone determination, base flood elevation, and community rating system discounts require a licensed agent and, in some cases, a FEMA elevation certificate.
  • Tax treatment of insurance premiums and benefits mentioned on any page is a general illustration. IRC §101 life-benefit exclusions, HSA-eligible premium rules, and business premium deductibility all have specific eligibility conditions your CPA should confirm for your filing year.
